Please advise ,
My complete wish list (private one) that contained more than 4 pages had completely dissapeared from my acount for no reason
at all! i hadn'tdeleted it and last i logged in (3 days ago) it was stil in my acount ! i have no idea how i can restore the list ..

what recourse does a buyer have when they are sent the wrong item,and asked by the seller to remail the item to the correct buyer and the seller would reimburse the postage for mailing.after mailing the item, the seller declines to reimbersement for postage.is there any policy that would prevent the sellers from asking this of buyers?there needs to be.and sellers should provide postage for items that need to be returned due to seller's shipping mistake.

I am trying to look up items by price but I can not type in
price range. I used to be able to type in $1000 to look up
items for current or auctions ended. I have tried to refresh
and other things but the field will not let me type in the
price range. Thanks to anyone that knows.

I just listed an item and it was small enough to go USPS 1st Class. The cost listed on the eBay shipping calculator was $3.65, but the Post Office site said $2.97 for the same thing. Anyone know why?

I recieved an email confirming someone had bought an item of mine, and when I go to print a shipping label, the address the email gives me and the address the shipping label gives me are different addresses. The buyer is different, (different username and name) and I dont know who to ship to. I would really appreciate any help.

Just recently I have had a number of requests to ship to Canada...
I have my Buyer Requirements set to block buyers from countries I do not ship, and also have the box checked that buyers should not be able to contact me, but lately (within the past few days) I have had a number of requests to ship to Canada???
Why are they not being blocked?
And they are contacting me from the listing page not my FB page because the message contains the picture for the item they are inquiring...

I want to swich OFF ALL grouping items in searching. How i can do this? I mean if i searh " sony alpha" in cameras. I want to see ALL items in one listing. But i see groups of listings like "sony A55 19items" "sony a57 30listings" etc.

I'd like to use FedEx more, but eBay doesn't offer calculated shipping for FedEx, only UPS and USPS. I'd hate to go flat rate for a shipment to the east coast then end of selling it to someone on the west coast where I am. That would be charging the west coast person too much. And the same goes for if I charge for the west coast and have to ship to the east coast, then I'm out money.
Any suggestions?

what to do, if the seller asked me to wait more than 60 days because it may be possible to wait additional time to clear customs, and I haven't received an item? Nowadays the seller doesn't respond of my emails and i can't claim to the resulution ceter...

I sold an item & received a notice from paypal saying "payment initiated" and payment pending. How long does it take to get the money in my paypal acct? I sent email to buyer explaining the delay on shipping. I've heard too many stories of people getting ripped off from "bad" buyers who cancel pymt after the item is received, because seller shipped before payment was in acct.

Hi, I refunded a customer money for her purchase today and I was wondering how do i get back my selling and listin fees? I mean we didn't go through a case battle I just refunded her money and told her to keep it because I didnt want to pay her to send it back and have to do it all over again. Thanks so much!!

I recently purchased a used phone off of eBay and to my surprise after hard resetting the phone, there were personal nude photos and videos not to mention homosexual pornography on the phone. To make matters worse, my 10 yr old son discovered the photos and I bad the displeasure of explaining to him what the pictures were. What should I do about this situation?? Is there any way to file a complaint??
