Buyer finally pays after 9 days. I shipped the item right after I had gotten the payment. Later the buyer sends me a message saying she never got an invoice and wants her money back. I know the buyer bought the same item 2 days later for less. So where does this go from here?

Hello,
How can I limit the buyers for my auctions to USA customers only? I keep getting scammy bidders from South America and Russia that want me to ship to shady drop shippers.
I would prefer to sell to folks in the domestic market.

i bought an item from a top rated seller but when it arrived it was not as described and after i contacted the seller we agreed to return it. He assured me that he will refund me immediately after he received the item.
He received the item but not only he didn't send me the money he also don't reply to my messages.
The amount was $130. I claimed the amount via paypal but nothing happened.
Any suggestions?

I have received items packaged in a sturdy white plastic mailing bag or pouch with self-sealing end. Does anyone know where I can get these to mail clothing in? Thanks.

I recently listed a vehicle in ebay motors. it is an auction with reserve. I made a mistake on the reserve and would like to increase the reserve price. it has not been met yet, can i increase and if I do will the bidders know I increased ? i noticed a message comes up when someone "lowers" their reserve. thanks

How do i fill out the shipping price if i don't know yet where the buyer lives? They ask me this when i listed my item. I put down local shipping only cause thats the only one i could get it to accept.

This is so frustrating I can't see straight! Every time I try to upload my listing for jeans, it gives me an error message saying to put in a Bottom Size (Mens). I enter the size and try again. Same result. HELP!!! I've updated my Turbolister. Everything is current. I have, literally, hundreds of things to post and can't get the first 40 up.

Well,
I bought something on 04/11/2012 but it was removed from list. According to the email I received from ebay I shoud wait 10 days before contact the seller.
So, I'm still waiting for my order and I haven't received it so I want to open a resolution case, but ebay says that I can't do this after may, 26.
My point is: how can I solve this problem and take my money back?

I recently won and purchased an item via PayPal. I paid immediately, the 21st, but the item is still listed as unclaimed by the seller. I have contacted the seller twice now but have heard nothing back.
I would like nothing more than to just cancel or retract my bid. What are my options?

I recently won $200 worth of items from 1 seller in 3 separate auctions. Following the conclusion of the auctions, I messaged the seller and asked if it would be possible to combine the shipping and send the items together. I have been trying for weeks to list items, but I can't upload any pictures.
I am using Mozilla Firefox, and I have cleared my cache. That clearly wasn't the problem. As far as I know I am using the latest update of Firefox, because I install every update it finds.

I just won a bid from ebay. Paid for item with $14.00 shipping, and now I get a note saying I need to pay paypal for an additional $15.00 surcharge to Hawaii. H e said I need to pay for this new invoice or he cannot ship my product. Is this right? Or do I just ignore the seller? He said he cannot mail my product until I pay the surcharge.

I have an item where I sold 2 items that were similar and the posting clearly stated to please tell me which item you wanted about bidding ended. It has been over a week or more and I have sent 2 messaged to a buyer with still no response. I need to know which one they wanted because another buyer wants the other one. I think I will sell the other one to the other buyer because they told me what they want already. I am so confused as what to do?

I sold a watch with 13 links in the band and I have plenty of photos to prove it. The buyer complained that it was smaller than I'd described and filed a case against me. He returned the watch. I recieved it today and video-taped myself opening the package (I always do this for returns) and counting the links. Now there are 12. These links are expensive, and he thinks he's going to get a free one. Now what do I do?
