I have two auctions that have ended and the buyer has yet to pay. In my listing I stated payment should be made within 72 hours from the end of the auction. I have made three attempts at contacting the buyer...with no response. What is the proper timeframe one should give a buyer in this situation before offering a second chance or relisting the item?

Hello, I have been charged twice to pay fees for the same sold item. I think its better to contact ebay by chat to resolve this problem. Also, I don't understand why I can't call to given ebay number (it's not in international standart, and I'm from Lithuania).
Can anyone help me with contacting ebay? It's became so hard to do last time...

I need help. I haven't seen this problem anywhere else. I can't open Turbolister. The problem started in the last few weeks or so. The only way I could use it was to uninstall it, then reinstall it. Once it opened after the reinstallation, I was afraid to close it. I did some listings today, I backed up my files and then closed it to see what would happen. Now I can't get it to open even after I uninstall/reinstall. Are there any other options out there for bulk listing? I can't call Ebay...

I was wondering what the policy was for Second Chance offers? Is there a different set of rules for time to pay or how quickly you accept offer?
I recently received a second chance offer (thru E-Bay) in my mail messages account. I immediatly answered the email with the yellow BUY IT button under the Act now to make it yours message. Hi, Perhaps someone can answer a question. Yesterday I created a new account because | decided to try my hand as a seller. I linked a bank account up, which is required, as a funding source for selling fees. I haven't listed anything yet, still taking pictures and reading what to do next. I sold 6 record lp's to a buyer. He asked would combine shipping, I said yes. The auctions ended over a period of 6 days. On the 3rd, 4th, 5th & 6th day he requested individual prices to ship 6, 7, 8 & 9 records (US to Brazil). I replied by giving him the prices posted on the auction. I mostly use my iPad for EBay & most of the time the text jumps around & gets smaller & smaller until it is not readable Apple says it is the way EBay is set up. An EBay agent has suggested I reinstall E Bay. Not sure how I can do that when it comes off the Internet???? Any help would be much appreciated as this is very frustrating.

I print a label and it gave me a traking number. when i look for the traking information it do not appear. I send the item and the traking information stil not appear whrn I look for it.

Well, I live in Brazil, so it takes some time to receive my itens. So, if after some time, usually more than a month, I haven't received my item yet, I've to contact the seller and wait at least another month. That way, it does not matter if I received the item or not, I can't leave feedback nor get my money back, because the limit to do it. The only solution is for me to claim a INR and leave a nasty negative feedback at the time limit. I know it'd be unfair to sellers, but what else can I...

Today I did a BIN for a supposedly authentic set of the insanity workout dvds, but later tonight recieved an email from ebay saying that the item has been removed due to some sort of issue..now I am worried that I stupidly fell for some kind of scam and am not sure as to what actions to take next. Hey, How can I change my seller limitations, for example when I am trying to relist an item from the same gategory, it says "since you are a new seller, you have reach the seller limitations, you wil be able to relist the following item within 30 days"
I was selling an Ibook G4 but no body bid on it so I ended the auction because I saw there was something wrong with my listing, then I try to relist it again and it didn't let me, just because I am a new seller.
