Hello,
I will sell gemstones on ebay, but there is an error.
I will to to "sell an item" i write then "ruby" and then enter.Now i must choose a catogory. I want this catogory:"Loose Diamonds & Gemstones > Gemstones > Ruby > Natural".
I select that item and click on "continue".
But now comes the problem!! He reload the page and say this:

I sold an item over a onth ago and shipped with a delivery confirmation. The buyer contacted me and said she never received the item and when I looked at the DC it still says in transit. It was an inexpensive item and therefore I refunded her money, but my question is who is responsible for the lost or missing item? Without insurance does it really even matter if there is a delivery confirmation? Am I just out for fees and all because my package went missing? Should I contact post office USPS?...

What is this really? Feedback is rarely given at all.I have given over 1200 feedbacks.received onlyy 748. this hurts a sellers ratings?! the dashboard does not allow you to see who is complaining either.sellers do want to know when there is a problem so it can be resolved.giving positive feeback and leaving 1 or 2 stars does not make sence(and should not be allowed)i do not mind bad feedback,it is feedback.we all make mistakes.

Hi,
I paid for two ph meters but items didnt arrived to me. Than seller said he will refund me. And ı send my paypal account to refund me. But after that time ı got no answers. So i tried to open case on ebay but it directs me to paypal resolution center. when i tried to write over there it directs me to ebay resolution center. So ı couldnt do anything. please help me ı want refund. what should ı do then?

I listed a item. My item was shown in search result at first. However few hours later, my item was not shown in search result.
I am very confused. How should I do.

I used key word as " apo lanthar" or " 90mm f3.5" and so on.

I received the product which isn't as described(broken), i would like to send this items back to seller, he is telling that its ok and he will refund the money. Only thing is that i had 7 days to send it back, but i missed that time. Is it safe to send product(lens) back to seller, will he pay me the money?

Does anyone know how many unpaid strikes a buyer can get before Ebay removes them! I sold an item and buyer hasn't paid. Looked at feedback and she has tons of positives with sellers saying she has not paid??? I know I can't leave neg FB so have to leave positive with negative comments.........LOL

I received an offer that I would like to accept prior to my auction ending. The offer is less than my but it now price so I am unsure of how to ask the person to pay. Am I able to complete this transaction prior to the full auction term?

I paid for 4 foam mattresses including the shipping cost for 4 mattresses as the seller defined. and now the seller is saying that the shipping cost is high due to the size of this items, because the seller has to send the items in seperate boxes. if the seller is requeting for more money, should i pay him, i mean is there a problem with this seller? thanks

Trying to sell an item and use PayPal for payment method but Ebay won't list my item because it says there is an error in my listing about I can't put my email address in the listing but when I take it out it says error has occurred due to me not listing an email address for payment to my PayPal Acct. So, I just started selling some of my personal belongings on eBay this last week in hopes of expanding my offerings in the future. I am practicing
The VERY first customer to win an auction didn't pay. Right when the person bid, I was suspicious. He/She opened the account the day my auction ended and has no other feedback. Of course now it is in the unpaid item world and I'll figure that out but I have to wonder if there is any way to block bidders with NO feedback or just opened...
