I clicked twice accidently to puchase batteries and so instead of one pack of batteries I now have two packs ---I havent paid for them yet---need to know how to edit the order so I can delete that other pack of batteries I didnt mean to order---- thanks for any help

I PURCHASED A PAIR OF DVD HEADREST MONITORS AND THE ITEM SAID I COULD PURCHASE AN EXTENDED WARRANTY SO I PAID FOR THEM WITH MY PAYPAL ACCOUNT AND THOUGHT I PAID THE SELLER EXTRA AFTER THE PAYMENT SO I CONTACTED THE SELLER AND HE TOLD ME THAT I PURCHASE IT THROUGH EBAY SQUARE TRADE
BUT I DO NOT KNOW HOW TO DO THAT CAN SOMEONE GIVE ME ADVICE HOW TO GET THE EBAY EXTENDED SERVICE PLAN THANKS SCOTT

I need help. I won a grohe rainshower head for $400. The original shipping/handling was $78.37. (see 1st picture)
I then got a email invoice stating shipping/handling is now $200 and "seller (+) additional charges" for another $200. (see 2nd picture).
Coming out a total of $800...he doubled my original winning bid of $400.
I havent paid yet and emailed my concern to the seller in regards to the price difference and I stated I won't pay for more than my original winning bid. He hasnt...

A buyer said I sold an item "Not as described" and wanted a refund. I replied, if they would send the item back I would gladly refund their money. They filed a claim in the resolution center and eBay refunded their money but the item I sold them was never returned. I can't seem to get a hold of anyone at eBay to ask why they would refund the money before the item was returned.
Can anybody give me some advice on this matter.

A few days ago I started to have a recurring problem in using the ebay shipping center for international labels. They don't print, I get a blank document in my printer settings and that's all. Of course I'm using a Mac. Have both Firefox and Safari, changing browsers, solves the issue so I have to borrow a pc. No problems at all with domestic labels. I tried uninstalling/reinstalling Adobe Reader, no luck there. And up until last week, not a problem at all and I have printed hundreds of...

I'm using an eBay app and while I sold one of my items it shows on the very top that that payment is pending in orange lettering for 3 days now. Also, there is no pending payment of any kind on my PayPal. What should I do?

I thought I saw something that said starting June or July up to 12 photos each auction are free. Please can someone tell me? Id love to dump my hosting site and list straight on ebay but I like multiple photos on all my auctions. thanks

How many can I open a dispute? And when I opened the maximum number of disputes (a lot of shopping I do at an auction), I'll never protected as a buyer?

I won an item and I thought I had changed my primary bank to a new accout. Well that didn't happen. So when I paid for he ear rings I used the wrong bank. Paypal says payment has not been paid. I do want to pay for it, I can do so, if I can get this mess fixed. LOL.

I have an item for sale and after each bid it says the next bid must be $1.00 more than the last one. EX: item started with a $25.00 bid , for the next bid it says must be $26.00 or more. I am up to 4 bids but it still says $26.00.Does anyone know why that is happening?

Is there a way to open up archived items. I have not received my order from the seller. I have contacted the seller and was told that he will re-send the oder as the original item might have been lost in the post. It has been over 2 weeks and I have not received anything at all. The item is now no longer on my list.
Is there a way for eBay not to auto archive a sales transaction whereby the buyer has not yet leave a feedback for?

Hi I have never sold anything on Ebay but decided to give it a try and when I got everything ready to list I pushed List It and it went to a blank page and in browser box said sucessful/ null and didnt show item as listed. Does anyone have a answer of why this happened or how I can get this problem fixed? Thanks!
