Just thinking about what people do on Sunday's in the the summer compared to the rest of the year. It seems like me and my friends get in later than usual and enjoy the whole weekend. In the fall and winter, we usually get dinner and hangout on the computer on Sundays -- I am in marketing and try to watch things like change in behaviors. I sold my iPhone 5 a week ago to someone who then tried scamming me, fake ebay/paypal emails etc trying to force me to send my item to Nigeria from the UK before I receive payment. I complained about the buyer but have nothing back from eBay yet despite it being 7days since I complained, I have now received an email invoice from eBay asking for £46.28p for an item I haven't sold yet it is impossible to contact someone to deal with my issue.

I don't understand why buyers have so long to eventually pay for an item. It leaves sellers in the lurch, even though the buyers are guaranteed satisfaction, and the sellers have their funds withheld by PayPal if there's a problem. I've never in my life purchased an item that I didn't have to pay for (or provide proof of funds, i.e., a home mortgage or car loan) immediately! When I have to issue a refund just because the customer says he didnt receive his product. How does ebay determine this isnt an abuse by the customer?

I sold an item, they paid me and buyer never picked up the item.
I spoke to buyer in two occasions, texted him my address two times.
They never picked up the item that I sold them.
What Ebay rules say about a situation like mine?
until when should I wait for the buyer to pick up his merchandise?

How do I add a reserve price to an item that is listed, but is not scheduled to begin for another 24 hours or so? Failing that, how do I cancel the auction before it begins so that I can start over and add a reserve price. It appears that the drop-down option of ending an auction does not appear before the auction begins.

In My eBay Summary, I used to be able to clik on items sold and there would be a listing with details of those items that I sold. I get no notice of items sold and instead the category shows that I have no items sold. I want to avail myself of the checkout process but instead have to manually look up "items sold in past 90 days in order to check out, send invoice and send item. I have my little Store. When I am logged off, I can not see my items by name, by categories, by nothing. Si if I I am not see them, no customer see my items.
