Guys i opened a case on the 2nd May, was told to wait for seller to respond by 8th May. Seller has not responded yet and its the 10th. HOW do i escalate the case, im worried time is running out because ebay said they are closing the case on the 1st of June.

I think there should be a mandatory disclosure on the length of the watch band bracelet (metal bands) and if they have the extra links that they've removed.
I have won several watches and all of them with the exception of one doesn't come close to fitting my wrist. I have won these watches within the span of a few days so it didn't even cross my mind to ask the length until I received the first 2.

I am from Ohio mailing package to Florida. eBay calculated shipping price for priority at 30.80 and when I took the package to the PO it was over $42.00. Why is that and how do I change the postage when I list the items so I don't lose money?

(I called ebay support about this problem and what I was told worked for most of the searches).
1. Click on the search on your "saved searches" page
2. Click on "Advanced" towards the top right of the page
3. Scroll down to price, click the check box, and put in a price range (0 to 2000, or whatever you like that will include all the items you want to see)
4. Scroll down to "buying formats" and click the check boxes for "auction" and "buy it...

Hello,
I lost my phone today in a park at about 15:00 and when I got home, I noticed that someone (the person who's found the phone probably...) has been bidding on different iPhone auctions that were going to finish within 5 minutes or something; putting bids for them.
The thing is that apparently, I've won one of the auctions; but I haven't made any of the bids. I've won an auction for a 16 GB iPhone 4 for £131.00.
What can I do? I don't know what to do, as I'm quite new to eBay...
