I recently won an item for £0.99 and the seller is refusing to send the item as they say they dont want to sell it for that cheap! how can i speak to customer support to resolve this?

I bought an expensive camera from a seller on eBay recently. It has since become clear that the seller has been taking money for expensive items, posting nothing and not responding to customers .The seller had 100% feedback until recently now all feedback for the past month Complains of being ripped off. I have opened a PayPal claim and have to wait for a seller response that obviously is not going to come. Will ebay refund me even if they cannot contact the seller?

What has happened to all the eBay stock photos for items? I went to relist many 100s of DVDs and about 80% of the listings had NO stock photos provided. It appears clear that eBay has phased out providing stock photos for many media items w/o informing anyone so they could adjust accordingly and stop selling these items. Appalling!

A seller neilcubbsn23 has 5 items listed. He posted as bid, but also put 2500.00 us Buys it Now on all items he is listing. some items are not worth the price people are bidding and it seems the same members are bidding This person is in the same location I am and I emailed him saying I had 2500.00 for buy it now and no response. Same thing, I bought an item that was buy now, and before paying for it the seller updated the description of the item. The seller has more to sell of the same item. Is there a way to find the original listing before they updated the listing description ?>

The buyer and I have agreed on a different amount for the item I am selling. He wants an invoice and I will also end the auction early. How do I change it to the amount we agreed on and send him the invoice with that amount on it?

eBay automatically chose 10-day duration (.40 per listing) for several of my auctions. I removed the 10-day duration almost immediately after, but it's still on my eBay balance. That's $2.40 total that I'm being charged for no reason. ? I also initially chose reserve price for a listing, but upon realizing it cost $2.00 I immediately removed the reserve price from my auction, which hadn't even been viewed by anybody yet. And that's still on my eBay balance too. Some two and half dollars worth...

When I want finalized my listing, I have this message :
"You can not submit your listing due to the following problemsAlert!
To help keep eBay safe we allow cross border trade in certain categories to only those sellers performing at the highest levels of eBay’s seller performance standards.

I recently saved an incomplete listing draft. A week later I discovered the draft was removed because you reported it expired because it was over 90 days. I called E-Bay and spoke to an account executive. She confirmed the listing had been removed in error and she agreed to restore the original draft and call me back. I have not received the call nor has the draft been restored. I can access the draft on my mobile and complete it however the completion will not save in the original listing...

I've been looking at watches listed on eBay for about the last couple weeks. And I just have to say this - so many of the non-stock photos are just plain bad. Bad, bad, bad.
Lots of them are any combination of the following:Dark
Fuzzy & blurry
Watch is off in the distance surrounded by a big background of nothing.
The mouse-over-to-zoom feature does not really help when the photo itself is crummy. It just creates a bigger image of a blurry picture.

Buyer opened case, ebay put a hold on transaction and funds. I told the I would refund and just keep the item, I went to the transaction details page where I normally refund and it is NOT an option to refund as it normally is. How do I refund this transaction? Is it not an option under the resolution center either. I am tired of the time spent on this transaction and just want it GONE.
