How do u delele a duplicate listing when it is auction style format?  I keep getting a response that says I cannot. Thanks for helping!

Getting back to auction selling
I switched to "Buy Now" for one item now each item I am listing after that is "Buy Now" I would like to go back to my auction listing.  Can someone please help me?

What to do if a suspect seller has fraudulent listing after I bought from him?
I purchased from seller in Italy who offered item for almost too good price.  Several others had bought and he said he offered returns, so went ahead and bought despite reservations.  have since noticed two other identical listings from other cities in Italy, clearly same seller tho, each listing offers about 10 of same item.  different member names, each with zero feedback.  Clearly I think this is fraud, but have no idea how to proceed.  resolution center doesn't have any heading relating to... more…

where do you click for "local pick up only"? Can you do it when you set a set price or only on auction?

Listing says the seller will be away...until a date that's already passed? Confused....
This listing says "This seller is currently away until May 06, 2013, and is not processing orders at this time. You can add this item to your watch list to purchase later."  But it's currently May 20.  Why does it still say they're away?  Should I be safe and not bid on the item?   more…

If i do not buy a misrepresented vehicle do i lose my deposit?
I won the bidding on a 944 this weekend. I asked over and over if multiple things worked on the vehicle and if it was a clean straight body as i have no problem putting a new motor in it. When i got to pick up the vehicle it had obvious frame damage rust and the most horrible bondo i have ever seen. The photos were intentional misleading from these areas and he was verbal misleading over the phone. Can i lose my deposit? if so i will never use ebay again i am afraid more…

For Buy It Now listings, when I select "Good til canceled" and the listing renews after 30 days, why am I being charged an insertion fee?
I thought it just auto renews without using my free 50 listings a month, or charging me an insertion fee.

How can sellers list concert tickets at sch enormously higher prices than the face value of the ticket?
I know in the past sporting event tickets could not (legally) be listed for over face value.  Why then are concert tickets allowed to be listed for such ridiculouslly higher prices than the face value price?  Anyone???

On the Set Price Page there is not a box or button that says "Change" as described in the instructions so I can enter a reserve price.

Seller keeps throwing out bids and listing shows restart
I am confused.  Seller throws out all of the bids and listing goes back to a beginning bid. Does he want a reserve?  It looks like he wants the sell now price?? Thanks, tjs
