How do I block a bidder or buyer? Also, why can I not give negative feedback for a buyer who did not pay, did not respond to any email or case. This person deserves negative feedback. He has beed a member since 2012 and has no feedback what so ever.

The winning bidder emailed me to tell me sorry but he did not read the description of the item before bidding. He then said he should not have to pay for something he does not want and that he thought that he would be out bid. If this bidder did not bid I would have sold the item to the first bidder. What type of feedback should I leave and how do I report him. I have sent a second chance offer to the first bidder but there is no guarantee that he still wants it.

Winning bidder was told by ebay, he was outbid and let it go.
The higer bidder, apparently withdrew bid, making 1st bidder winner by default, 12 hrs later. 1st bidder can't complete sale, bought another car after being told he was outbid. I should not be charged sellers fee after ebay allowed highest bidder to withdraw, causing this problem.
I want ebay to cut my buyers fee and cancel this sale. Go after the bidder who withdrew.

Hi, I have just won a bid but the seller sent me a email saying that he o she could sell me the product because "It did not list correctly"... ¿It it possible? ¿Can a seller decide if he or she want to sell a product once a buyer have won a bid? I think it is not fair... Please help me with this problem.

never got an email from ebay stating I won an item. I bid on a similar item and won that, then went to pay for it and saw I won the other same item. It was a little too late. I wouldn't have bid an the other item had I won the first one. now i'm stuck with two of the same thing and buyer wont' cancel. I feel its ebay fault since I didn't get an email from them saying I WON an item. what do I do?

A potential buyer bid on an item I had listed - won the bid - and I was notified. I sent an invoice & have not received payment. I sent an e-mail to them to see if they changed their mind but haven't had a response. How long should I wait til notifying E-Bay of the non-payment and wish to relist???

The 0 feedback bidder bids on my item twice and then retracts the bids claiming the seller changed the description when I did not change anything at all.

I just bought an item that listed the price as 7.99 GBP. It was one that you chose what item you wanted in a list of items. Below the price it said $4.40. I bought it now and it turned out that with postage it came to $15.60 USD. Has anyone else had to pay more than they thought they were going to pay because the cost was in GBP and didn't change to the correct USD before they purchased the item. I was going to dispute this but decided to just pay it and learn a lesson.
