What does GBP stand for when you are bidding on items?

When I am bidding on an item and it gives a bidding amount with the GBP next to it and then a US bidding amount, what exactly does that mean?

Can a seller decide an item is no longer for sale although I have already won it and is awaiting payment?

I have just won an item i was bidding on and was about to pay for it then the seller sent me a message saying the item was no longer for sale, are they allowed to do this? As I have already won it I don't think this is fair!

Is there anything being done about non-payers

I have had at least 6 non-payers on my auctions in the last 6 months and ebay doesn't seem to care about it...that is the feeling I get. Isn't there any recourse...once you follow the ebay procedure on non-payers, then ebay won't allow you to leave a negative feedback to warn others of these deadbeats. more…

I bid 3400.00 on a vehicle but it only shows I bid 1275.00 on the ad.  Why the difference?

If I'm the highest bidder and the reserve is not met, but I'm given a second chance offer, there is no obligation to buy correct?

Say I bid 100.00 on a item and it does not meet the reserve price of 125.00. Then I get a second chance offer the next day and I already changed my mind or find another item. THERE IS NO OBLIGATION TO BUY CORRECT?
