I won a bid and it had free shipping listed. I have a screen shot from my phone showing so. Now he is saying I owe 12.90 for shipping. What do I do.

When I pay for a product the website had saved the card number with the form XXXX-XXXX-XXXX etc at every payment. I dont want this automatically settings. I want to ype by meslf at every payment I want to make.

I bought some roses seeds 6 sets I have asked for a total three times in four days.I also found out my wife can't be around roses after I bought them I asked to cancel with no reply I will pay for what I bought but not over 14.00 for shipping about 30 seed in a envelope. I don't want to be turned in for not paying

how can I send her an invoice before she has made a commitment to buy? She made an offer on a combined total for four of my items. I accepted her offer and then updated each listing so that the individual price for each item will be accepted as a 'best offer'. The combination of all four 'best offer' amounts will then add up to the total amount that she offered.
Is there any other way to do this? She has not yet purchased them from me. Not sure what to do next.

I have an item whose auction ended 4 days ago. I sent an invoice 24 hours after auction ended. I still have not recieved payment and have not been contacted by buyer. Should I send them a message? Should I open an UPI case? I want to be fair to the buyer but also want to be paid.

First time eBayer. Forgot to put Reserve Price (didn't even know what that was). Final bid was too low to even consider. Explained my error to Buyer but no response. Regardless I've been charged a Final Value Fee on final bid price. How do I get out of this mess

I sent an invoice to this buyer 5/18/13, Bid was won 5/17/13. Received an e-mail yesterday from buyer stating buyer couldnt pay for item until Wednesday 5/22/13. Item clearly states paypal only. Isnt the buyer responsible for payment 3 days later? Isnt a bidder dedicated to paying for items bid on? Doesnt it give you the option to back out before you place your final bid? Please help! We do not want to be so technical but doesnt bidders understand this a business site, not a payment plan or pay...

Hello,
I couple of days ago a sold two items, I can see that the payments were sent to my paypal account but on my ebay account it states the payments are pending. Last night I sold something and within mins of the sale going through the item then said paid.
Do I contact the buyers about this??

Why can't i buy items from the same vendor as buy it now and put into a cart and then add more items to this from same vendor and then pay for it all at once instead of separately and thus incurring more fees-that i do not need to pay?

How long do I have to wait to make a 2nd chance offer if the winning bidder has not paid or responded to phone call, emails or invoices. And can I make a 2nd chance offer without opening an unpaid item case?

Try to redeem Ebay bucks but can't. I get to checkout and it says it does it automatic but it doesn't. Is there a code somewhere that I can type in to redeem them. If so, where do I find this??
