I got an email stating that "You earned $45.49. Treat yourself" for earning a new star. How do I redeem this when purchasing? I am not seeing a option to use this money.

I won an item. Seller refuses to collect patment. Sent him several messages. He sent one back and said he would not sell that item for the money that i won the bid on, but he had no resrve price??? Now what happens?

my buyer purchased 2 items and i tried to merge the purchase but it added both shipping costs as 2 packages instead of one, edit the cost of shipping

I listed an item with the ebay android app and unfortanautely I did not notice there was a w in front of my e mail address. Now payment is stuck in processing. How do I resolve this so I can receive the funds?

I bid $19 for an item. The bid was accepted, but when I received the invoice from the seller, it was $21.57. Tax was added. There was no mention of tax in the listing. I asked the seller to adjust his invoice. He refuses. I bid $19 and that is what I expect to pay.

i won an auction and checked pay with credit card and it wont let me go back to pay with pay pal it just says mark as paid or contact the seller but doesnt have any where for credit card info. how can i go back to just pay for the item through pay pal?

I have been having trouble finding the Final Value Fees again. It used to have a list for each category but I can no longer find it. I am wondering what the Final Value Fess are for the "Books" category. If I sell something worth $1,200 with free shipping how much am I paying in fees?

I purchased several items from bellaandchloe, afterwhich I contacted them, indicating I intended to purchase additional items. They wrote back and said that was fine- I had 7 days to pay. I went to pay for them the other day and they were not in my shopping cart so I could not make a payment, yet they are in my 'purchase' folder. It looks like they show they've been paid for, but they haven't.
How can I resolve this. I sent an email to the seller and rec'd an out of town message.

My item has sold. Me and the buyer negotiated on lowering the final cost. How can I go about changing the price for the buyer who won the bid? I've tried using the Invoice but It won't allow me to go lower then my shipping price in the discount area.

I got this error message when I attempted to pay for an item.
Message:
We couldn't complete your purchase, because the card issuer declined the card. We've chosen another payment method for you. Please continue with this payment method, or choose a different way to pay.
I also checked my paypal money balance and I have lost money that I did not spend on. Did my account get hacked and does the hacking have to do with the payment error?

I have successfully sold my first item. I have logged in using PayPal, so will my eBay account automatically link my buyer to my PayPal so I can receive my payment?

I didn't get to respond to a best offer before the auction was over, I contacted the buyer and told her what I would except and they agreed to it. Now they want an invoice so how do I make one for 3 items that have ended.

Hi, I recently sold two items on ebay with a postage cost of £1 each, but I offer combined postage. Before I had a chance to send an invoice for the combined postage, the buyer paid.
The buyer has now received their items in good condition, but is demanding a refund for the £1 extra they paid. Should I agree to refund (and if so how?) or is it their own fault for paying before the invoice and also for only raising the issue after receiving the items?

The buyer of my motorcycle paid $500 deposit through paypal and still owes me $5900. The auction is marked paid in full and it's not. He has to pay the remainder with a cashier's check. How do I get this problem fixed?
