Buyer had winning bid and says she tried to pay and the payment shows in her bank, but I never received any emails for payment receipt through Ebay or Paypal. Item shows in My Ebay as "Mark Item as Paid". No payment shows in my paypal account. I also prematurely printed as shipping and now can't cancel or void it.

Bought Iphone that did not meet my needs, needed a overseas sims card which was not noticable and also had a number attached to it that was impossible to track down. Felt mislead ! The seller agreed to refund, I returned and he has stopped communicating and has never refunded my money. Terrible experience. He told me it would be credited to Paypal on May 9th, here it is May 21st and he is nowhere to be found. VERY ANNOYED

It was a phone that I was currently using and over the weekend it broke completely. I don't want to send a broken phone, so I need to repay the buyer or cancel the transaction.

buyer open a case and end up seller and buyer agree for the replacement the item, but the seller money on hold because there is a case open. but the buyer want the seller send the item frist and the seller also want the buyer send the item frist because his money on hold and the buyer has the old item still. SO who should send the item frist while there is a case is open?

I recently just purchased a cellphone case + charger and it was $5 FREE SHIPPING...
Doesn't it cost around $5 to ship using priority mail? I don't understand how the professionals make profit doing this...
Anyone care to inform me? Is there some secret to selling? I'm also a seller myself, but I just sell old junk that I don't need, though I did notice that every item I sold (probably 7 so far) was $5 because of the priority mail, either (Small Flat Rate or Padded etc)

did u know on the updated ebay app when people click on your recent feedback they can click on a seller's feedback left to you and that person can see the item you purchased from that seller how can i avoid that isn't that an invasion of privacy i dont want people knowing what items i purchase

I buyed something and i payed the item but then the ebay has contacted me that the item was expired/ended or the id numper was not exist. I contacted the seller and he told me that he have post the item but 2 monts later i dont received the items and the seller is not responding to my messages

I have tried paying for an item I won on ebay with Paypal, however Paypal says there is a problem with the merchant's Paypal account. I have contacted the seller several times who tells me she will contact Paypal. She has already mailed the item and apologizes for the inconvenience, however I owe her for the item won and cannot seem to get it paid with Paypal. I don't want this to show I need to pay for item when I can't get it paid. Please tell me what I need to do.

So when i am listing an item, it tells me email address are no longer allowed, so i remove my email address and it tells me i MUST include the email address...so either way it doesnt let me proceed, i called customer service and she had me log out and back in and start over, it worked with the first item, but after that NO LUCK....what to do next??????
