it is unbelievable that i can not talk or contact ebay direct I have a item that was shipped before payment and buyer never respond/pays. I need to get his contact info NOW ebay does not help at all anytime there is a problem

Can buyers look at how much an item sold for anywhere on the seller's site?

I have not been receiving my saved searches daily emails.  What has happened and when will it be fixed?

I used to be able to add custom Shortcuts to my shortcut list on the summary page, but I can't see how to do it anymore. This feature isn't gone, is it? It was very useful. Many parts of eBay that I want quick access to are buried multiple levels deep, and are hard to find again.   Is this feature gone, or is there still a way to do this? I sold a pair of shoes & had gotten the postage totally wrong. I appealed to buyer for cancellation of transaction ahe ignored me.   When she finally contacted me she kept banging on about other sellers sending shoes as a letter n demanding I did the same.    I told her I couldnt do this n that parcel would take up to 56 days to reach her.   Again she ignored me.
