The system keep saying my contact number is invalid to receive the 4 digit pin and yet I can confirm that it is correct. I requested for Cash payment and the sale is valid for local only. Moreover, the sale I put up does not require any additional charge. Please let me know how to proceed

Hi,
I have a bunch of unsold items that I was going to relist. I can relist them all by just checking all my unsold items and clicking "relist".
However, I am concerned that it will cost more than just doing it one by one, because when I try to select them all to relist it gives me the total insertion fees. When I sell them one by one, it says that I qualify for free insertion fees.
So will I be better of relisting my unsold items one by one, or will the seller fees be the same if I...

My purchase not received since 4 months, during that time I was e-mailing the seller which he asked me to choose between refund and reship, then i noticed that he is not responding to my e-mails, on 17 April he promised to refund in case if i didn't receive within one week but since then he is not refunding not responding, I need to get back my money, please advise.

I have got three earphone in december and after 4 months, I did not get the items. However recently 2 earphones were delivered and I have difficulty knowing which supplier earphone has reached me. I want to thanks the supplier and so on. However the thumbnails in my mail and on ebay does not have any picture any more. Can anybody help me on this?

I had no idea that I had a $ limit on my account. When trying to find an answer on ebay all the information I found only addressed sellers on ebay. Does this also apply to buyers? I thought that I was already verified so that part also surprised me. And I really don't understand what verification is all about.
So if buyers can have their accounts suspended because of going over their $ limit and also not being verified, can you tell me how to get back my account. I just didn't...

I bought an item online and after the payment had taken effect from my credit card, i received an email from ebay that the seller is no more listed on ebay.
I have still not received my item and am wondering hoe to get a refund as all avenues have failed including contacting the seller.
Any one willing to assist. Its a huge amount of money involved.

two days ago i look at my account it said i owed 15.00 and now it says i owe 35.00 i didnt sell that much and dont even have that much in pay pal i like selling on ebay there has to be a mistake i want to keep sell but not at that cost

I purchased an item in April and was to receive it before 5/3. I didn't get it and didn't get any response from the seller when I tried to contact him. I opened a case and the information said the seller had till 5./17 to contact me, but he hasn't. When I returned to the resolution center I found instructions on "escalating the case" which said to use the drop down menu next to the item to escalate to ebay.
