product does not come, write the seller a month, it does not return the money, too much time to open the case

I haven't listed something in some time. Apparently, the new way of getting pictures of my item on has changed. I drag my photo into the new box and it comes out enormous! I can't even get out of that without leaving the entire listing. Then, I have to start all over again.
What am I doing wrong?The very happiest man in most towns is also called the village idiot.

Someone wants me to purchase an item on Craigslist, using eBays Buyer Protection Plan. He said I pay thru paypal he is notified of payment then he will deliver the item. I can then inspect it and confirm deal or reject it and money is returned to me. Sounds funny?

Hi,
My package is marked as delivered but I did not receive it. I've talked to the seller and USPS with no luck. As far as they're concerned the package has been delivered.

Received a letter from Estate Trust Asset Recovery (FL)
They claim I am due a refund of $124.95 from Ebay escrow deposit. (possibly money that was held from transaction that has been settled) Naturally they want a 20% recovery fee, but I would prefer to deal direct with Ebay. Bernie

Sent item insured, buyer received it damaged, had buyer send me pic's for ins. claim form, unable to transfer them from eBay email to my computer to arrach them to the claim form....how do I do this?????

How do I file a damage claim for a pkg I shipped via fed ex using the ebay link? Fed ex won't let me file the claim, because ebay is shown as the shipper. I spoke to ebay and they said call fed ex. Help needed.

Ebay/ Paypal used to put buyer's money in escrow for 10days before releasing the funds. Why have they stop doing it? Please Paypal resume it , it would decrease the numbers of resolution cases by thousands!
After 15 years buying/selling on Ebay I will stop doing it forvever because of all the problems I had with sellers for the last 6 months.Ebay is of no help, looks like I deal with Ebay robots.
I can always sells on Amazon.com with no problem.

i bought photoshop cs5 from one of your sellers and found out its fake, tried to file a protest and was told that it not paid for, yet paypal told me it has beeb, your lady told me that too bad

I have not done this before and so i must rely on others to help me understand how to sell and ship overseas without getting into difficulty with fake money orders,etc.

I am not sure that there all right. Term of case comes to end. March,23 case will be closed automatically. I can wait some days my parsel, but I am not confident in the seller. How I can prolong the case? Or what can I make still?
