Hi. I buyed headset for 30$. He had 0 feedbacks when he was selling and now he got -3. He's not answering on my quiestions and i think that he tricked me. But I was removed by eBay Buyer Protection, and I don't know what i need to do. I can't open case or dispute. Can i forget my money or I can something do for that? Thanks! more…

Insurance claim confusion

I received an item damaged during shipment. It was insured, so the seller filed the claim. I took the item to the P.O., but I was informed that I, the addressee, needed to file the claim. I was also told I needed to submit my sales receipt and the insurance receipt.
