I have had this item sold now for over a week. The customer is ready to pay but we cannot get a cost for shipping. I am not sure this global shipping is a good thing. Does anyone know how to resolve this?

I have decided to cancel a transaction because an international customer who has an Ebay address registered in the US wants to ship the item to South Korea.
I will not do this because of the constant scams on Ebay.
I have decided to give a refund after they accept to cancel the transaction I would like to get my FVF back.
After several times of me saying no to their "shady demands" they finally agreed to a refund.
Problem is they said they are not responding to the cancellation...

i received email from security&resolution center that is invoice for humminbird 1158 from Catalin Alexandru Maftei and you tell me to pay througth Western Union ,i want to pay by paypal because i lost money the last time i bougth merchandise and you told me never paid by western union because i have no protection

I'm wanting more items to complete a set but they are only available worldwide by sellers that don't write in English. Don't trust foreign sellers/stores enough to just blindly bid high enough to win. If I receive item and it's broken, I might have been forwarned in the body of the listing, so am stuck with an undesirable purchase.
I realize I could scrill down to, "Ask a question" to possibly get a big response, but chances are the seller can't read English let alone write it as if I were in...

I Won 2 auctions from the same person. Items were not as described & seller then closed his ebay acct. It was covered under the ebay/paypal protection . But how will I send the items
back with no way to talk to the seller ?

how affect it "the managed return process" to a overseas seller?
i'm located at south america uruguay,
i'm specifyed that "i NOT accept returns"in my ítems pages
this new preocess affect to me?
i want to died because all of us knows that many people try to by "pay per view" and then if EBay simplifies the process of return, will return us crazy.
can i stay tranquil , if still i NOT aceept returns , this process will not affect to me?

I've sold a pair of trainers using Paypal the buyer wants me to send them to a different address than their Paypal addressWhat should I do?
They have sold with credit card on Paypal and I'm scared i might get a chargeback or they are scamming me.

If I agree to use the Global Shipping Program will I still get my funds (payment) from the auction as soon as the seller pays for it? Or, is this one of those programs that involves holding the funds until after the buyer is satisfied?

It looks like once an invoice is generated, there is not a mechanism to change/alter the info.

package shipped to france on March 20th was held in french customs and returned to me on May 20th with a partially destroyed note from Chronopost with reason for return missing on note. I am not sure how to handle this. So far, Chronopost, Paypal, eBay, and the buyer have been non responsive. This is very frustrating. Any advice? Anyone?
