Buyer's shipping service has refused to ship uncirculated coins to Australia, he has asked me to ship. Local post office is very undecided. Has anyone else had this problem?

I have been patient with the seller since they say that they can't control the shipping time, but this is ridiculous. Item was incomplete and I open a case and contacted seller, seller said they would resend a complete item, that was in April 15th. It's May 24th and the item has not arrived, seller doesn't want to give me a refund and now they are saying that the item arrived back in April 15th. Seller refuses to refund me the money. today, the 45th day after the payment for the goods purchased. I paid for goods purchased on March 25, and the case was opened on May 19. I have a request to ship/sell a camera to a potential buyer in Brazil, selling/purchasing via PayPal. I've never shipped international. How do I figure out shipping costs & possible duty taxes? Worldwide buyers should have the opportunity to purchase items on eBay I'm just not sure of what might me a scam???

if the thing that i want to buy says import charges it means that i have to pay this amount plus the shipping cost or the shipping cost includes the import charges?

I have had this item sold now for over a week. The customer is ready to pay but we cannot get a cost for shipping. I am not sure this global shipping is a good thing. Does anyone know how to resolve this?

I have decided to cancel a transaction because an international customer who has an Ebay address registered in the US wants to ship the item to South Korea.
I will not do this because of the constant scams on Ebay.
I have decided to give a refund after they accept to cancel the transaction I would like to get my FVF back.
After several times of me saying no to their "shady demands" they finally agreed to a refund.
Problem is they said they are not responding to the cancellation...

I'm wanting more items to complete a set but they are only available worldwide by sellers that don't write in English. Don't trust foreign sellers/stores enough to just blindly bid high enough to win. If I receive item and it's broken, I might have been forwarned in the body of the listing, so am stuck with an undesirable purchase.
I realize I could scrill down to, "Ask a question" to possibly get a big response, but chances are the seller can't read English let alone write it as if I were in...
