client bid and won auction even though I do not ship to their location

A buyer from Sri Lanka opened an item not received case against me and escalated it to eBay support. The tracking shows that the item is in transit still, and it seems like the buyer is now getting a free camera and their money back too. eBay is recommending I refund the buyer, but this doesn't seem fair for me to lose both the money and the item, when tracking clearly shows it's still in transit and in the process of being delivered. Hi, I am from the UK living in Greece, where I have just set up a children's clothing company.  We are wanting to sell some of our items on ebay and were told by an ebay agent that we would have to sell through ebay.com.  The problem being is that you can not confirm a bank account in greece and we have more than one size in each item so the first listing has already taken 6 of the 10 items we are allowed to list this month!  Is there any other way we can get our seller allowances lifted? xxx more…
