Hey all,
I received a diesel fuel injection pump for a diesel pickup truck.
it is damaged and un-repairable, so I filed a USPS claim.
in the confirmation e-mail sent to me, it said "Remember, if you didn’t upload evidence of value or repair for each item, you’ll need to mail those documents, along with a printed copy of your claim summary, to:"
then it gave the adress. a similar set of directions was given.
all I uploaded was a picture of the broken pump. there is currently...

Good Morning.
A seller has three (3) auction items. He will combine shipping (Asked and answered via contact seller).
? If I "win" each item via "Buy it now", how can I combine shipping if each item has its own shipping charge ?

I have an order to ship, when I went to print label it said name, street address could not be over 40 spaces . I called buyer to see how to shorten . When I edit that it then says ph number must be at least 10 characters, there is nothing wrong with the number it is 10 spaces and I called the man on it , but it wont accept the address edit untill it accepts the number. The buyer is puzzled, he has 179 positive feedback and they all used the full address and ph number . Help asap I need to ship...

I listed a wooden toy and someone won the bid on it. When I took it the the Post Office and found that the P&P was much higher, I emailed the buyer that I had refunded it for this reason. I also suggested that if they were willing to Payton more for the postage and packaging Uni's be more than happy to send it. However thy the buyer is not willing to do so and says I must send him the item. It has been refunded, do I have to send it to them?

Добрый день. Я купил товар, но он так и не пришел спустя 2 месяца. Я открыл жалобу. Продавец обещает вернуть деньги, но сначало я должен закрыть жалобу.
Что мне делать? Если я закрою жалобу то могу и вовсе не получить денег?

Ordered an item on monday and was suppose to arrive on thursday with 2 day shipping(=_=). My address wasn't in correctly and the item is now being sent back I did some estimating and was thing that the sent it back the same day with 2 day shipping because the lady on the phone said it was sent back the same day. If this is the case it should get there by sunday or monday. And when he ships back it would come on wednesday hopefully. But I don't know if they actually have shipped it back yet,...

I have 2 customers who purchased the same item from me, going to different countries. I used the First Class International service from USPS. One of them has been contacting me for a while now trying to figure out what is going on. Both items were sent out March 30th. Both have not arrived yet. We figured out it can take around a month to get there, but it's 13 days from being a full 2 months now. That seems unreasonably long and has us both worried that the package just isn't coming

I didn't allow international bidders for the items I was auctioning, but then I checked postage and was able to give the buyer an accurate postage cost. They've won the item now and the listing has ended but Paypal won't let them pay for it because it says shipping is not allowed to the destination. Can anyone help?

There are numerous ways to ship a product (or products) that we have sold. Now, I'm still fairly new to e-bay, but the sales that I have made, I had a little bit of trouble finding the right size box, bag, envelope, etc. to ship items in. Do I just order them directly from USPS or FedEx, or can I re-use some of my old boxes?

The "ship-to" address is supplied by GSP/ebay, right?
So, how come they gave me a bad address?
I've only used GSP twice.
2 months ago, to England via:
1850 Airport Exchange Blvd. Suite 200
zip 41018
It arrived without a problem.
This week, to Oz, via:
1850 Airport Exchange Blvd. # 200
zip 41018-3193
And it was returned "undeliverable as addressed".
Seriously? Suite vs. # - was a problem?
Or perhaps it was the wrong Zip+4 ?
But this is the address that GSP gave...
