What do I do? Person bid on sweater, they are from Australia. I do not have any idea what to charge for shipping, Help

I shipped teapot to buyer via USPS, bubble wrapped it very well, double boxed it, put FRAGILE on every side of outside box and shipped Priority mail. Buyer loved item but emailed stating finial on lid had broken off. I told him I would refund his money if he wanted to return it. He then said he would like to keep it and proposed I refund $25.00 (item cost $29.99 plus priority shipping of $21.00 which buyer paid. Not sure what to do at this point as I have never ever had an item that broke...

the error invalid address appears when trying to print a label.
i can change it but risk losing seller protection and now have to
pay increased shipping costs when taking the item to the PO

Sandals were shipped in a priority box, buyer claims strap was broken and sole was broken. The shoes, Clarks, were brand new, never worn out of the house.

Ok, I've had someone use "buy it now" but my listing says "Ships to: United States" I don't have any other countries listed. Am I obligated to ship this anyway because the shipping price was quoted for the US, not overseas!!

I have sold a lot of my old magazines s far...With No complaints.
Now, I just got a message from my latest customer who is three days past the purchase date.
The message is as follows.:
Dear a-1_magazine_outlet,I have not heard back on the shipping fees for this one magazine. I will pay immediately if you will invoice me a reasonable shipping fee. Media mail should be the lowest.
I Think it's common knowledge Any Magazine, Old or otherwise does NOT qualify for Media...

I have two addresses. One Maldivian address and one USA address. While I paid for the Bid I won via PayPal I wanted to select my Maldivian address but unfortunately I selected the USA address. Can I change the address to my Maldives address?

Anyone know what to do if you sent the wrong package to 2 different buyers...they each recieved the others package...Buyer #1 has contacted me and I have offered to send him an exact item like the one he purchased. (He received a cheaper item than what he paid for)..He ask me what to do with the item he received. Buyer #2 has not contacted me and I have written him twice with no response. (He received a more expensive item than what he paid for)..Not sure what to do now...thanks for any...

I shipped a pair of 14k gold earrings via USPS and signature confirmation. The item has been in transit for over 2 weeks and hasn't been received. I spoke to the post master, and was told they will trace, it is in their bin, and they will let me know soon. The customer now wants a refund. How can I give her a refund when the item is still in transit?

Is there anyway to ship two items from the same order separately to a buyer?. If I choose to print the label twice I cant change the demensions for the other box, unless it wouldnt matter?.I have anxbox im lookimg to sell along with a carrying backpack, but dont have room in the same box for both items. I sent package USPS Priority mail with tracking. no signature required. Buyer says she did not receive my package or another package she had been expecting. I went to the Post Office twice and both times was showed the tracking on the package confirms delivery on May 15 and 1:10pm. Buyer is upset and I do not feel I should refund the cost and shipping either. Any help? If the buyer uses "Buyer Protection" does that go against me as the seller?

Post office didn't put in mail box in the garage and must have left on porch and item was stolen so even though it says it was delivered I never got it. Anyone experience this before or am I just out of luck. Thanks

I accidentally sent wrong item to y customers. I know who got what how do i fix it quickly and get the postage done so not to cost them. I cant believe I did it. So much for not feeling well and working.. ugh

I sold my item and it now says I can't send an invoice but the buyer can complete check out. I have free shipping on my item. Where does the item go and will it be messed up that I have free shipping. I don't even know who bought it or where it is going because of this Global Shipping Program. Sorry, guess I didn't understand it and shouldn't have opted for it. Thanks in advance for the advise.
