I bought an item and it was a counterfeit. I confirmed with the real company(Mophie) and they confirmed it was not authentic. Seller wants me to pay return shipping. I feel that i should not be responsible for return shipping when the item was misrepresented and not authentic. so my question is.... How can I increase the postage charge? The books weigh 16 pounds and Media Mail is $10.00 with Delivery Confirmation YET  EBAY won't let me charge more than $4.00. And yes, I used "Create Your Own Shopping Option."

    this is the first time I have ever had a problem with a seller shipping to the wrong address. All of my address info for eBay is correct and has never been changed. For the last few weeks I have noticed that when I submit multiple shipping labels (2 labels to a page) to be printed that the font changes after the first sheet prints and then might or might not change back to the correct font. When I view the PDF it looks as it should. It appears to be changing from an Arial font to some sort of scrunched Times New Roman.
