How I can to influence the seller if I haven't received the order. He also didn't answer my letter.Whan I chose the product, delivery to my country was available. after good's payment, he changed the status to *may not to ship from RF*. money is not returned, nothing is written.

I sent a package to CA from CT about 3 weeks ago. It made it to CA but the package was forwarded because the customer had moved and did not update his Shipping info.  Next the USPS sent my package all the way back to NJ to get processed again.   So 2 weeks after that The package entered CA again. Just so you know that even if you went into a USPS facility they would include the tracking number for free.  They changed that when the delivery confirmation and tracking went into one service.  Yes it is not included on everything but it is still free.  Only nice thing about doing it on ebay is A. Saves you a trip to Post Office, B. Saves you a little money, and C. Uploads the tracking number for you! more…

I am from Ohio mailing package to Florida.   eBay calculated shipping price for priority at 30.80 and when I took the package to the PO it was over $42.00.  Why is that and how do I change the postage when I list the items so I don't lose money?

If you purchased your label from the Post Office online via eBay, then on your MY EBAY page, look for SHIPPING LABELS in the column on the far left. Click on it and it will take you to page where you can choose to VOID your label.  HOWEVER BE AWARE THAT THE POST OFFICE HAS THE OPTION OF DECIDING WHETHER TO GIVE YOU A REFUND OR NOT!   They may just keep your money even though you have not used the label/their service. Hi to all,   The "From" post code and "To" post code is varying for each shipping services.(like fedex,ups,usps,canada post,australia).   Is this correct.   Seller post code whatever may be and buyer post code also whatever may be.If the seller ships internationaly for canada post service(postal code like 4257)means,the buyer were in srilanka(postal code like 5 digits).   Is this criteria possible.But it says like "Invalid Postal code" in my site.What can i do.Is there any solution to... more…

COMMENT 1:I lose money every time I offer UPS in my auctions. When creating an auction, after entering the package dimensions, there is NO way to require an "Adult Signature For Delivery". This fee could be added as a "handling fee" or added onto the invoice after it sells, but that is not acceptable to me, and actually is a tad dishonest. In a question asked earlier today regarding opting out of the Global Shipping Program due to customer complaints, one of the responders asked "why would the costs be any different?" and stated that "they are just seeing ALL the costs including any custom fees up front, they still have to pay that whether you use global shipping or not."   This is not entirely true.  For Canadians anyway, we are allowed to import a "generous" twenty dollars worth of goods before being hit with Custom and Duty... more…
