I am so tired of trying to figure out why photos used in many of my previous listings are not being transferred when I am relisting via Blackthorne basic.
Has there been some photo policy change that is causing this? I have been using Blackthorne Basic for many years.

I didn't use to have any trouble uploading pics for items I am putting up for sale. Recently it is taking forever. I have logged out, turned down my computer and started up again, only to have the same problem. Please advise.

When I click on the Click to add photos and a smaller screen pops up but there is nothing in the box that pops up to click on to add pictures to listings. I have been using the classic uploader but that does not allow me upload pics for multi listings. I have dumped cookes cleaned the cache and have tried Google Chrome ( I usually use Firefiox ). I cannot figure out what is wrong with my photos. I was informed they do not meet the dimension criteria. The photos in my file say 3072 x 2304. When I use e-bay upload tools the dimensions change to 64 x 48.
What is the problem????

The question kinda says it all, so this field isn't really necessary, is it? Humm...
OK, is there a different file format that the eBay uploader likes better? PGN? TIF?

Ebay sent me a list of listing numbers that have inadequate photos. Clicking on each listing to find the right listing number is tedious. Can I view all my listings by listing numbers. What do I click on to do this?

I was contacted by eBay re: new July 1 photo requirements. She said she would send me some information by email, but Ihave not received it yet.
I know that having 'borders' and any 'words' on images is not allowed, as well as now having to have photos correct size.
But now I am concerned about 'background color'. Since I list multiple items, I combine them and put them on a background color.
