I would like to print out my purchase history for tax purposes. I do not need all the pictures.... only date, sellers name, and amount paid.

How do I delete old items that buyers backed of or never paid for so I re-listed. I want to remove them from my feedback page.

They want me to put a picture on my listing, but it won't let me browse to get my pictures and upload, so it won't let me list anything, can somebody give me any suggestions?

I Accidentaly pressed "commit to buy". It is the item i want. the only problem is that its the wrong color. The same Seller has the one i want, but i dont want to have to pay twice for the same item. Both items are same priced, i just want the black one, not the white one.

when I reach second page of listing I'm told I can't finish because I don't have the "values" filled in.?????
I click to edit what they say is wrong and lose my Title, Description and all my work. What gives?

Hello, good evening!I bought a phone that is not working, so figured it went with a case to try to resolve it, the seller said, then gave the case to ebay as solved and closed the case, but in fact the case has not been solved, the phone still with me, still does not work, the seller does not answer my emails and now I can not even open a new case, much less continue with that, now I'm here with a phone that does not work, a seller who does not respond, money stopped, I'm needing to buy another...

The Phantom Listing bug, where an item is sold yet eBay maintains an active listing, bit me again. This time though, the item was part of a combined purchase of several. I refunded that portion immediately. But now how do I claim credit for FVFs? I.e. how would I Cancel that transaction? I don't see an option for cancelling one of several.

So a buyer bought a phone from me for $30, and I shipped it with a tracking number to the address they provided for me during their eBay checkout. Now they are telling me that the address they provided, that the item was shipped to is their old address, and they have opened a case. They sent me a personal email telling me to either refund their money (they put the funds on hold, so I can't access them through PayPal), or send them another phone. When I tried calling with my squeeky voice, they told me that eBay does not have this Chat capability. But in the FAQ's it says I can also use Chat. Just no link to it!! Do you know the link? Thanks for your help.

I have had issues over the last couple days when trying to make service type or package (size, weight) adjustments on a shipping label. I always double check the package info and service types on the calculator before I print a label. For the last couple days all I'm getting is the blue spinning dots and nothing happens. Called tech support, he said there are some issues but told me to try IE8 (currently using FireFox) and switch between the 2 browsers to see if that would work. Worked once...

Hello, I've been an Ebay member since 2007, I've sold couple of things in the past without problem and I've bought stuff as well without having any issues until now, I've put 3 items up for sale and after trying to revise one of them to lower the buyout price a message pops up telling me I need to confirm my identity. When we create a download request for the sold items there is a bug with some special characters like ü, ä, ö, ß or £.For example "Großbritannien" is shown as "Großbritannien"The problem is not caused on our side with a wrong character set or a wrong handling with the file. Since 6 months we have a technical error with the connection of our Ebay and Paypal account.
There was a call with Ebay and Paypal from United States. They noticed the issue and promised to solve the problem quickly.
When a customer opens a case and we want to refund the payment there is a button „Issue a refund” available. After click on it a popup is coming and we can confirm to send the amount back from our Paypal account.
At the next step there is coming the following error message...

When we click on Customer Support -> Contact Ebay and select any topic there is no phone, chat or e-mail possibility any more.
We tried this to different times and hours. Also with loged in and off in our account.
This seems to be a technical error of Ebay.
Our Ebay account is located in Germany. The german customer support is in general not willing to direct us to the US support. But this solution is possible!
