I suddenly have been unable to go to sites to see items. It either says "done", or the timer keeps spinning. This happens both with AOL, and IE. I can get to other web sits es on both easily.
Help!!

I select the items I want to merge, click the get started button and the next screen just says Congratulations, you have no more items to merge. What am I missing here?

I'd like to be able to send all my sold customers a marketing message.
For example: "This week/weekend all sales are FREE-shipping". But, unfortunately, eBay says I can only send mass-messages to subscribers to my newsletter (not much). Is there any way to create a mailing list of sold customers in order to send mass-mailing?

We have so many items that were listed more than 6 months ago. eBay keeps relisting them automatically every 30 days. We need to put them for sale, however, we cannot find an option how to select the items according to their start date. Any ideas?

Not sure if SA Pro is the same as Blackthorne? Would love some help, recommendations in resolving my failure to install issue. I can download but once installation begins, I get "Error 1722"....

I have a store. Since Friday, April 12th I have had problems when trying to use the Seller Pro for making some of my Buy-It-Now listings into auctions. I can change the duration, but I cannot change the price or quantity without getting an error message. I have to edit everything individually which is really slow. I get error messages and cannot go on.

I have read every announcement and FAQ regarding this. I do not have a store. I use my 50 listings each month. I maybe add a couple of things per month to fixed price good until canceled. Will the things I have on now, count toward my 50 free listings when they relist each month ? Under the new spring seller updates. And do I understand that if I list after April deadline that any fixed price good until canc counts each month out of the 50? Sorry I really have read everything I could...

I have purchased Selling manager pro as a subscription and live in Australia and sell from Australia Ebay and at present only to Australian purchasers, but my selling manager pro template only allows me to ship from the United states, how do I change this, to Australian shipping?

Hello!Why my purchase is no longer covered with ebay buyer protection, why??, from day when I made purchase was gone 43 days?

Couple weeks ago signed up for the Selling Manager Pro for the option to relist automatically. I have set it up on each listing I have had since then to relist automatically whether item sells or not. My inventory for each is correct but every single time my listings are sold out they will not relist automaticallly and I get an email saying automation failure due to inventory. I recently signed up for Selling Manager Pro. I sell listings of coupons with 20 coupons in each listing up to qty 5 (as per Ebay rules). I have the inventory correct and the automation rules correct (to relist automatically whether item sells or not). Even after my listings sell out the automatic relisting feature does not work. I receive notification (on every one of them so far) that it failed due to inventory. My inventory is always in the plus & I seem to have to ALWAYS relist...
