Customer didn't collect an order from the post office. I agreed with the customer that after the part will return to our store we will send him a bill for shipping cost and after he will pay I will ship the order again.Since more than 60 days passed, I can't see the original order and I don't know how to send the customer the shipping payment order via PayPal or eBay system.Please advice,Thanks

Seller want ship item because shipping a lot higher than he expected then another person called me and said if I wanted item for me to drive over 200 miles 1way to get it

the winning bidder was international, and didnt want to pay the shipping charges. so i made a 2nd chance offer to the next highest bidder, but they cant get my pay pal info so they can pay. how do i take care of this. thanks

What happens now ? Item sold but not paid is 330896752390. The eBay protest process is not clear and beats me on where to look to see what happens next! I have a sold item that I have no idea if I am obligated to hold or what????

My first time sell an item on the ebay.
The buyer did not pay for the item. I open the case, and still did not hear form the buyer.

I purchase a power supply for an HP compaq laptop which has failed under the warranty period, but the history screen will only brings up items purchased up to 60 days ago, and this purchase exceeds 60 days. How can I access purchase information in order to contact the seller?

Sold vintage electronic piece I did not test, buyer says does not work, I offered to refund purchase price plus original shipping cost plus return shipping. (I can return piece to local dealer on my end for a refund. ) Buyer responds she would like to have it repaired and is asking for partial refund instead. (from another country as well.) She has a good rating but this is weird. Any thoughts? Thanks!

Signed up for Trading Assistant. Checked "Opt-In to Receive Leads" option. Receiving emails saying that I have a lead, but when I click on the link in the email notification, I get a screen that says, "Unable to Redirect".
When I login, the number of leads show zero. Have received a number of emails now.
Is ebay having problems? Any suggestions on seeing what this is or is ebay spamming me?
