i have emailed this person multiple times with no progress there are always excuses i am fed up and just want my computer back so i can sell it through someone more competent.

Já é a segunda compra que faço pelo e-bay e não recebo. Estou muito descontente com esta situação. Não quero reembolso, quero a mercadoria. Se vocês colocam à venda, TEM que entregar. Criam expectativa e depois não correspondem... E não tenho acesso à vocês de forma nenhuma!
Fico no aguardo de uma solução.

I only ship ship U.S. only no foreign bidders as listed on my selling page yet i still have people bidding and winning from foreign
countries,took a chance and shipped To Hungary,buyer waits 7 weeks leaves my first neg. in over 6 years and written in foreign langue.

Seller send me an item that has a defect (although it sgould be brand new). He offers me a refund. Does this mean that i must to send the item back?

Hello. I bought an item about a week ago and paid promtly, the ad on the item says that the seller in question offers a shipment within 3-5 days, now it's been almost a week and he didn't even ship the item yet!
I'm in a hurry to get the item, which is why I also chose "expedited shipping" that cost additional bucks.
But since seller won't respond, I'd like to get a refund. Unfortunately ebay site won't allow me to open a case because "it's too early"
I don't have time to wait, can...

I am an eBay Trading Assistant in a very sticky situation. I'm hoping that another Trading Assistant can offer advice.
I sold a vintage collectible salad plate in pristine condition to a buyer. The buyer stated that there was "undisclosed damage" to the plate not mentioned in the listing. After several requests to the buyer, she finally sent photos of the damage. BUT it was not the same plate I sold to her. My photos and her photos are not of the same plate.

So, I went through the whole process of signing up as a TA and Drop off Location. I get to the page where it shows you a preview of your profile, and then you click Save. I do that, and then I get a pretty blank page. (pasted below)
I have the same results in Mozilla and IE. I called Ebay and the representative said he would have the right people work on it and call me back. They called back and said the issue was resolved.... Nope. Not sure what to do. Has anyone signed up...

Good day, I am not sure if I am through to the correct department but I am looking for some important statistics. As part of proposal to the South African Reserve bank and the South African Postal Service we are looking to establish the volumes of products that are imported from South Africans off the Ebay website. The products themselves are not relevant. Without going into the details of the proposal to government, would you be able to point me in the right direction?

At one time there were selling or trading assistants for different catagories on Ebay.
I had found an assitant for selling stamps near me, are listings like this a thing of the past?

i just received an email from a buyer it said:
I have not received the game yet so I tracked the package with the tracking number you gave me. It shows that it is out for delivery as of May 22. It's now May 30 and it's still "out for delivery." Is there anyway for you to follow up with USPS about this package? From what I've read, the shipper has to initiate a claim, not the receiver.

A person in Tucson AZ. put for sale a kitchen trailer I try to call him at the phone # he put on the ad. he said via e-mail he can not talk to me because he is in an hospital with his dauther.
The deal is that he want may name, phone # and my shipping adress to gave this information to EBAY and make the deal thru EBAY he said that some one from EBAY will contact me as soon as I send him my information deposit the money and he will release the trailer.

Hola buenas, me han hecho un cargo de 18,79 por comisiones de venta y los dos clientes que han comprado no han pagado el producto, y despues de haberselo comunicado no han hecho nada para que estas personas pagaran, por lo cual no he recibido ningún dinero para que ustedes me cargen comisiones, por favor revisen los articulos y les pido que me devuelban mi dinero, gracias.
