Looking to sell lots of old Princess House inventory, but don't want to list if no one is looking for it. Thought there used to be a place where people could list items they wanted, but now I don't see that. Is this not available any longer to buyers and sellers?

I am very upset about misleading item description (Item number:161042137217)
I thought I am buying item as seeing on photo. When I arrive to collect, it was something from the link on the description of the item!!! The same seller sold exactly same items with misleading description and photo from this item number:161041945543

I sold a scrub top on here about 4 days ago. Buyer paid very quickly and I shipped the same day. The item was received today and the buyer says that I listed the item wrong. I put in the description that the item did not have tags, therefore please check all measurements. I provided free shipping and the item only sold for $6.99. I only ship ship U.S. only no foreign bidders as listed on my selling page yet i still have people bidding and winning from foreign
countries,took a chance and shipped To Hungary,buyer waits 7 weeks leaves my first neg. in over 6 years and written in foreign langue.

I am an eBay Trading Assistant in a very sticky situation. I'm hoping that another Trading Assistant can offer advice.
I sold a vintage collectible salad plate in pristine condition to a buyer. The buyer stated that there was "undisclosed damage" to the plate not mentioned in the listing. After several requests to the buyer, she finally sent photos of the damage. BUT it was not the same plate I sold to her. My photos and her photos are not of the same plate.

I guess I was not specific enough before. I am not an ebay trading assistant, yet I would like to be. I sell for others in Illinois where you are required to get your auctioneer license to do so and be legal. All of the Trading Assistants I have looked up so far are not Auctioneers yet, so not legal yet.
Need to know of a school or training where I can LEARN to become an auctioneer before I go and take the test. The info on IDPFR does not help and their office does not call you back. They...

I have purchased a Samsung Galaxy S3 from a new member but the seller did not ship the item, after some days passed i send him a message and he told me that he did not have the item and he does not have the money either and he cant refund me.
i have opened a case on him but he still is not refunding me, the refund days are passed but i have no news from him.
I want to ask is it safe to escale the case to ebay?
Will they refund me? im a bit afraid for their final decision that is writing

I bought a vehicle from out of state and the seller wants to be paid by a bank to bank wire transfer through the eBay Vehicle Purchase Protection program. Does the VPP program do bank to bank wire transfers or is this a scam. I received instructions on where to wire the money by e-mail, but not on eBay!?

I have an item that ended without meeting reserve. Second highest bidder has made me an offer that I want to accept. I also want to use Paypal and keep the sale on eBay.
