However I live in France so I'm not able to call this number.
How can I do otherwise ?

Sorry for the length of this in advance.
I won an auction that showed a specific laptop and that the seller described as 2 chimes when powering up. I used that info to make sure the parts were what I needed as it is being sold for parts. I received a totally different unit that physically looks similar. I followed the item not as described buttons and have "opened a case". The response I got back was to send item back at my expense for refund. I just want the seller to send the pictured...

It is safe to buy if seller listed the item in a category that it is completely different from that type of items common categories?
He listed in a very strange category for that items and he also relisted the item in a much higher price but in his feedback he has a sale for the same item. The item is unique so it is impossible to sell 2 o 3 more. He do not make returns and he do not answers questions.

I purchased an item that was not as described. I contacted the seller but he refused to do anything. After some rude e-mails from him,he e-mailed me and said his pay-pal account was debited the full amount and I should close the case. I don't see the money in my account yet. do I close the case?

I sold a purse recently, and the buyer is accusing me of selling a fake item. They claim that the tags on the purse belong to another purse (even though when you look up the registration number/style/color included in the purse, you get the purse I sold).
My sister never carried the purse, and never even took off the TJ Maxx tag when she got it. She just kept it in her closet until she decided she wanted to sell it.

I recieved a Text message from "+1 248-534-4529" Claiming to be eBay, stating that my account is suspended.
"eBay: Your account is suspended ! To reinstate your account please go to your personal link "htt://not-the-real-link-in-text"."
My account does not appear to be suspended at all. There would be no reason for it to be suspended and there are no email messages in my eBay in-box pertaining to a suspension. Where can I report this text message to eBay?

They are claiming my payment isn't showing in their paypal. I see my transaction listed and unclaimed. It also says seller is unregistered. They've sent two emails stating I need to pay through their "Paypal Gate." Makes me feel like it's fraudulent and that they're trying to get me to make a payment that will void any protection I have. I did bid HIGH RISK being that they have 0 feedback. I never do that, but I gave benefit of the doubt. Don't want to go through their link.

I just got a bid on my Pontiac Firbird Vehicle from someone who has NO FEEDBACK and is listed as living in Saudi Arabia. Is this a scam? I live in the USA and cant imagine anyone living in another country willing to buy this vehicle. What do I do?

I think I am being scammed by a buyer concerning a recent sale. They have opened a case against me and are communicating information that does not relate at all to our recent transaction. I'm not sure what to do about this.
I have been an E-Bayer for the last 14 years and the past few months of sales have resulted in 2 non-payment issues and now a buyer reporting me because they claim the item has not been received, and is communicating information that does not relate to me as a seller....

why is competitor allowed to use defamatory YouTube video on several of his ads to slam my manufactured products to assist in the sales of his own?
My company makes upwards of $20,000.00 weekly.
Why does eBay not take me seriously? And allows this competitor to continue after he has been reported several times by phone and policy reporting, I have been told it is in violation but he still is allowed to continue. Is this because he is a California seller and eBay is a California based...

I already proved my identity to Ebay and all the sudden Ebay has limited my selling account. I have spent hours on the phone with customer service reps that blunt out lie to me "promising" to help blah, blah, blah and do nothing!! Making me waste the time I need to spend with my child. Bidder used Buy It Now - Stated he made a mistake as his phone is small and made this error numerous times before. Wanted me to cancel the auction. While I was checking with this forum, he stated forget it and paid via PayPal. Short time later, using forceful language that he would leave positive feedback if I cancelled the auction and refunded his money minus any fees I incurred. I purchased SPANX as indicated in the advertising. It was NOT that brand. I filed a report and am returning them but don' t see why ebay does not shut them down OR why I have to pay for the time and shipping to send an item back that is NOT what was advertised.
