First up, I gladly accept returns as I want to keep the buyer happy. I've come to realize that accepting returns does make a positive difference. My terms are buyer pays shipping and I may charge a 20% restocking fee. I opted in to the eBay managed returns system for this reason.

I bought a silicone mask from a user, The mask he sent me was not a silicone mask it wasn't even the mask he used in his post. It was a cheap latex mask. The crazy thing is I already own the same mask and I bought it from the maker here on ebay. This seller intentionally ripped me off. I showed him pictures of the mask he sent me & he never denied sending me the wrong mask. He has agreed to issue me a refund but then sent me a message saying I better send him back the right silicone mask...

I am just floored at how hard it is to contact eBay now.
I sold an item with "pick up or your freight carrier only" on the listing. It's used medical equipment, and a lot of it is sold to technicians who are serving units still in service. They routinely arrange their own carriers.
Never heard from the buyer, who is in Texas. I emailed him several times - got nothing. An unpaid item case was opened, and he immediately paid. But no shipping.

What can I do to get my money back? It tool the seller 5 days to answer my first email and they claimed that their printer broke and they had to do it all by hand. Somebody please tell me that the transaction is covered under ebay secure trade?

How do you report rude, threatening letters from a seller? I cannot find the correct category to open a case about it, nor can I figure out where to forward a copy of the letter to so that ebay can be aware of this seller's behaviour.

Id like to purchase a shoe customization service here on ebay.

The problem is, I was in contact with the seller through messages. I agreed that they send another package but that other package didn't arrive either (it's more than 2 months since they promised to send it). Last 20 days they don't answer my messages either. Another problem is that I can not access that order details anymore.

My listings were pulled and I am now being restricted from listing in a certain category. I have tried (unsuccessfully) to contact someone in the Trust & Safety Dept directly regarding this, while the seller's who I originally purchased the items from are still selling them on eBay.

I contacted a seller who had a Buy it Now price in his add, that said to email him if you wanted to B I N. He said he would contact ebay and have them send me an invoice. That happened, but there was nothing shown on my account that I purchased anything. The email came from <aw-confirm@cgi8-ebay.com>: and I am not sure this is not a scam.
How can I know?

Opened dispute and was judged against because seller sent proof of delivered item. Well of course! one of the two items was delivered! Simple and obvious mistake by seller. Seems that Ebay did not even read the details of the case and seller refuses to respond. No way I can find to contact ebay... any suggestions?
