I sold an item & buyer wanted a refund before she got the item & I immediately sent her one. She will not answer emails or send back my item

Please help me, i bought a Dress with dr. Dresses from China in january this year and i did not received my Dress.i wrote many emails asking hin about but he did not really answer.i have tried to send an email to ebay but the item number is not working and i dont know why.Help me please.

I mailed the item last Tuesday and it still hasn't arrived and they want the money back. I asked could they wait a few more days to see if it comes, but they want the money. I have always had good feedback and no issues. Not sure what to do. I know from now on NEVER send anything without a tracking number.

Hello there,
There is an item I paid more than 4 moths before which I have not received yet. Finds out that I have no more ability to leave a feedback for that seller, as result he does not even bother to respond to my messages, so i have decided to open a case for that item. At this stage appears one more problem, after item is chosen to get that case opened error comes out saying:
"We're sorry there's a problem with this purchase.Our system is temporarily unavailable.Please try again...

I sold a pristine Dooney and Bourke purse. The purse was flawless AND I do not smoke as I have asthma and use a CPAP. The buyer opened a case without trying to contact me first and said my purse smelled like cigar smoke!!
Do I have any recourse?

I am a seller for item 140979088727. A bidder used Buy It Now within a few minutes of my posting the auction. They then emailed me later that night and said that they wanted a different item and wanted me to cancel their buy it now bid. Bought 2 power tools that were listed as used. After receiving them I noticed the serial numbers and model numbers had been neatly sliced off both tools. Photos in listing are of the other side of the tool. Contacted the seller and have received no reply. Since there is a 2 year warranty on the tools (seller says he used them for a year) why would you cut the serial numbers off if they were legal since the warranty service will need those?

How do you report rude, threatening letters from a seller? I cannot find the correct category to open a case about it, nor can I figure out where to forward a copy of the letter to so that ebay can be aware of this seller's behaviour.

Opened dispute and was judged against because seller sent proof of delivered item. Well of course! one of the two items was delivered! Simple and obvious mistake by seller. Seems that Ebay did not even read the details of the case and seller refuses to respond. No way I can find to contact ebay... any suggestions?

Description of the seller is different from the photos in the auction. I asked for additional photos, but the seller refused to provide them. Probably the seller does not have the goods that He sells. I want to buy a this good but i need confirmation of its quality.

are all one hand opening knives prohibited on ebay? I was told that any one hand opener with a thumb stud was banned on ebay... There are literally thousands up for sale at any given moment

I ordered a watch and the one I received was not like the description. The seller says "we ship whatever we have in stock'" even though that was not anywhere in the description or on the page at all. After a few e-mails they have finally agreed to refund my money when they receive the item back. My question is who should pay for the return shipping? There is a group of posters who are targeting me, bullying me and doing their best to provoke a reaction from me. When I do respond to them they report me as if I'm the one at fault instead of them. I need to know who I should contact to stop this forum "clique" from continueing their bad behavior. They seem to think the board forum, the Part-Time Seller's forum in particular, is theirs and anyone who disagrees with them needs to be ran off the forums. Cyberharassment is against the law.

Saw a listing where there were both options of bidding and buy now. Contacted the seller. Was asked for information which I sent to him. was told an invoice would come from ebay explaining how to proceed. Got the invoice. Here is where I started doubting the transaction. I purchased a pendant that was guaranteed to be sterling that was tested and stamped 925. I found out purely by mistake that it was not silver. It proved to be highly magnetic and there is no way that it is silver but the seller keeps selling the same thing as pure silver and 18k over silver. I got a refund but it still costs money to send back. Others are paying over $20.00 for the gold over silver and I'm sure they are fake also because they are identical in size and weight. This seller sells bedding sets & curtains. She was nice enough to agree to split up a set and let me buy only part of it. She sent an invoice directly to my Paypal account. But I worry about doing this. Is there some other way (like through eBay?) that I can suggest to her for doing this?

Seller made a shipping mistake and swapped two items, offering a full refund if we shipped to other person. We did as seller asked. I got my FULL refund. Now seller is demanding payment for item, when his message clearly stated that if I shipped the inccorrect item to the correct person, I could have my item free.
Resolution center only has Buyer reporting, but no Seller reporting.

I bought and paid for a purse, did not like the color when it arrived, contacted the seller and requested a refund upon return. The seller (reluctantly) agreed, I sent it back, and D/C states it arrived at the sellers PO 3 days ago, and is "ready for pickup". I sold an iTunes card by auction a couple of weeks ago. The buyer sent payment through PayPal. I then asked if she wanted the card shipped or just the code by email. She said just the code would be fine. I sent it and received positive feedback.
A few days later eBay tells me the buyer is no longer registered and the transaction is canceled. Then PayPal says the payment is on hold pending an investigation. Today PayPal reversed the payment without telling me why.

Seller decetive, title & description specifics no mention of perfume tester, easily lost in description when was mentioned, overlooked, contacted them & agreed on return but it has been over 17days & have recieved no credit refund! Want to report them but not sure where. Thanks for advise, Norma
